Wine Description:
The concentration of carefully selected grapes from old vineyards gives this new
type of wine. Grapes have been recollected in small plastic boxes and processed
at the time that has reached its best state of maturity.
Tasting Notes:
Sight: very intense dark purple with purple tones. Full robe, clean and bright wine.
Smell: wide, powerful, very complex. Ripe and compoted black fruit of blackberry
and black mulberries. Excellent balance between the aging aromas such as
species of vanilla, black pepper, cloves, liquorice, dark chocolate, leather and
cocoa.
Mouth Feel: Powerful sweet tannins skeleton that gives a great mouth-filling
feeling well combined with a touch of acidity. The wine holds the same aromas
found in its nose, finding once again an excellent complexity, long, persistent and
harmonious finish.
